Scholar interns work on cases supervised by full-time school members, and have major duty for the illustration of their clients in any respect phases of the legal process, including interviewing and counseling, negotiation, fact investigation, depositions, drafting and briefing, and courtroom appearances. This system also sponsors a collection of lectures and panel discussions wherein authors of current important books are invited to engage in discussions of their work with college students and school participating within the Colloquium in American Legal History.

One of the nation’s very largest, our clinic boasts 18 full-time, in-house working towards attorneys, four off-website adjunct attorneys, and—by Chicago-Kent’s externship program—opportunities for our college students to work with scores of practitioner-mentors, including judges, governmental agency attorneys, and private practitioners.
